We started by building our own multi-million-pound property portfolio which allowed us to retire to Spain on Passive income as well as helping others to build their property portfolios, first in the UK, and then in Portugal and Spain when we relocated. Being paid by the government was a very successful business model as the government guaranteed our rental allowing us to create a steady stream of income, building a portfolio for ourselves and others with a steady guaranteed cash flow. Most important was the income security because the government always paid, always paid on time and if the tenant ever left, it was a very short space of time before the government replaced a tenant with another one.
This is the model which gave us financial freedom and a secure steady income large enough to relocate ourselves and our operation to living in the Sun 16 years ago.

So, with our new Rent to Rent guaranteed rental model we don't even need to buy the properties. We use our resources and network of property investors, traders and sources to find HMO’s and then rent these properties from the landlords, renovate them to the government agencies specifications and then use them to fulfil the contracts we hold with our government connections and connections to government agencies.

What this means is that we now have improved the deal from being paid directly from by the government for housing vulnerable people in the early 2000s, to getting paid by the government agencies for providing the space to house vulnerable people, regardless of if that space is actually used or not. In this way, we've now eliminated the aspect of voids.
Whether there are tenants in the house, or the house is empty. We still get paid so you still get the guaranteed return on your investment
